Welcome back, Maersk!
The Maersk Senang – 7,250 TEUs, 318 meters long and 40 wide – is the vessel that marked the return of Maersk Line to the SECH terminal in the Port of Genoa. Since 20 June, the Danish group has been operating in Genoa again with its ME2 service. This is the top-performing rotation in the North Tyrrhenian and includes Port Said East, Marsaxlokk, Tangiers, Algeciras, Valencia, Marseille Fos, Genoa, Port Said West and East, Jeddah, Salalah, Jebel Ali, Dammam, Jubail, Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali, Salalah, Jeddah and the new Port Said East. The service is provided by seven identically-sized vessels.
